You did a great job. The van pickup was on time, and the guide was courteous and well-informed. The Bai Tu Long junk was comfortable, with good food and service. Halong Bay itself was out of this world. I strongly recommend this trip.

We were not sure what to expect from this tour, but were pleasantly surprised. The cabins on White dolphin cruises were lovely and clean. The staff made our trip most enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were more than we expected. The food was presented in a way that you felt like you were at a five star restaurant. Not being a boating person, I was concerned about sleeping on the boat, but I shouldn't have worried. I had the most enjoyable sleep ever. I would definitely do this trip again.

We loved the experiences of Hai Long travel company. We were picked up on time in Hanoi, joined by other delightful travelers and transported through the countryside which was beautiful. The crew on board our boat couldn't have been better. Our every need was met before we realized we had it. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the boat but we realized that most of the junks on Halong Bay were in like condition. The tour of the cave was fabulous. The food was delicious and the evening meal was presented as if we were in a 5 star hotel. Cruising back to the dock the next morning was a surreal experience. Don't miss this experience!

We booked the cruise trip in halong bay for 2 days/ 1 night on White Dolphin Cruises from Hai Long travel company in Hanoi on 20th march,2009. Our trip was an incredible experience. Words cannot fully explain how much we enjoyed the trip. the junk boat is new and comfortable. Ms Nhung , our tour guide was marvellous. She was not only a great organiser and guide, but a great person who went well outside her responsibilities to ensure that our trip was a memorable one.

We are back in Australia after having a great time in Vietnam. Thank you and the boys for giving us a wonderful time- we loved the lfexibility of your tour but more importantly the company of your touring team. We will have fond memories of our time with Hailong travel JSC and his team for many years to come. We have biked through several countries and must say that this trip was the most enjoyable of them all. Hieu is very knowlegable, knows his country, its people and really looks after his clients. Good bikes, wonderful people, great food, beautiful scenery... what's not to love?

Excellent trip! Beautiful countryside, good accomodations, great food and good bikes to ride. Hieu and Jack took us to very interesting places. We would not have seen with other tour groups and they saw to our every need from start to finish. The people we met along the way were fantastic. Highly recommended!
